CANCELLATION POLICY.

A 50% non-refundable deposit, by credit card is required to book appointments. Although the deposit is non-refundable, it is transferable in the event that you need to reschedule. You must reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service or the deposit will be forfeited. Failure to cancel prior to a scheduled appointment will result in a charge for the full amount of the service scheduled, from the credit card on file. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a fee of half the cost of scheduled service. By scheduling an appointment, you are confirming that you are the cardholder, or have permission for the card being used, and agree to Arb Aesthetic's cancellation policy and terms of service. Enforcement of the cancellation policy, resulting in a charge of half or the full amount of the service booked is final.

REFUND POLICY.
Once a service has been performed and paid for, it cannot be refunded, regardless of outcome.
